The home owner, as most home owners are, knows all the subtle nuances of their home. Do they test the waterflow switch quarterly and flow water through their Inspector’s Test Valve? The water department reminds them that they need their annual backflow test performed by a specific date. Their insurance company requires them to get a 5 Year Fire Sprinkler Certification, also known as a Title 19 5 Year Fire Sprinkler Report, and meet all seismic standards. Inspect the fire hydrants and have a hydrant flow report filed when the hydrants are on private property.
